OUR APPROACH & METHODOLOGY
Engagement with Expert Advisor
- WhatNext set up discussions with 3 experts with the client. The objectives of these discussions were to help identify and narrow down viable solutions.
- As an outcome of this engagement, WhatNext provided the client with a shortlist of 32 potential start-ups that could meet the client’s business objectives
Solution Benchmarking & Shortlisting
- A panel shortlisted from a freelance Ph.D. network, used the WhatNext proprietary technology due diligence methodology to research and evaluate the technical capabilities of the start-ups and reduced the shortlist of start-up candidates to 14 best-fit start-up solutions.
Due-Diligence
- Most of the 14 companies were part of the WhatNext Start-Up Network.
- The client along with the 3-member expert panel conducted In-video interviews with the start-ups to validate which specific solutions make sense as a starting point, what level of (data) preparedness is needed & use-cases of measurable business impact / RoI. This was used to arrive at a final selection of 6 technology companies.
